97 Safari window problems

I'm having problems with the power window on the driver's side. It sometimes sticks going down (only opens about 2/3 of the way). It always sticks going up, it will only go up about 3-4 inches at a time, then you have to wait about a minute before it will go up 3-4 more inches. Eventually it makes it to the top. :banghead:

Had the same problem, changed the window motor (Lordco $50), no more problems.
Not a big job.

I agree. I had the same problem and I changed the motor and it works fine. Also, when pulling out the old motor, you might have to drill out some rivets.
