Cold Starting Problems

Hi,
I own a 1995 Grand AM 3.1L.
When it is cold out just freezing temperature (32 F), the car won't start properly. It turns over fine but just won't start. I keep trying and trying and give it gas and it will finally start running. Then when it is running and I am parked or driving it runs rough and starts to stall as soon as take my foot off the gas pedal until it warms upto operating temperature (1/2 way on the gauge).
Once its warnmed up it runs fine!
Changed plugs, wires, fuel filter, battery (it was dead but the car turns over fine).
Any tips?

Try changing the intake air temp sensor. It may be bad. Also check the fuel pressure. Sometimes when fuel is cold the pump will not generate as much pressure due to problems with the regulator. Both are easy to do and the IAC sensor is relatively inexpensive.
