Im looking for a guage bezel for a SL
to dress up the interior.
Also, i have heard that if I go with a cold air setup
without running larger exhaust that it would cause carbon build up and harm the engine.
any input here would be appreciated.
thanks

What kind of gauge bezel? Do you mean a pillar pod for along the door or a bezel for somewhere else? Autometer has one for the door...and theres a pod that mounts ontop of the 3 stock gauges if your into that. I can get the info on that.
As for the cold air intake, and it causing problems. No. I wouldn't worry about it. Throw an intake on there and roll ;)

No man, its a carbon fiber thingy that fits over the speedodometer, the tac, the fuels guage and all the stuff in front of the steering wheel.
They look really neat. Its a nice dress up for the interior of the car.
On A side note, I have a 94 base model GT for sale.
The car is gorgeous. Does anyone know what I can expect to get for it?
I looked it up in blue book, but this car is really nice and I think I should be able to get more than like 7000 bucks for it.
Thanks

Ohhh....ok. You can get those kits ALLLLL DAY LONG on ebay. Do a search and you'll find them I'm sure.
As for the value of your 94' Base, $7k I find VERY doubtful unless you find some very blind buyer. 94' TT's go all the time for $9k or so in good shape and 91-93's TT/VR4's for $7-9 religiously. Sad but true. :(
later,
* I'm selling my 92' TT right now with 73k miles in excellent shape for 8k if that gives you any idea*
