What you meant to say was "shakotan."
But today lowrider sounds much cooler than shakotan, because it's a dead slang from 70s. (You can use it, as long as its usage is period-correct, but expect a good laugh from the people who know the language.)

Usually, none of those words are translated, because they're gairaigo (adopted foreign words), and are widely accepted as they are. Think of them as the French word "rendezvous" in the English-speaking environment.
