Jetta window/alarm

Help!!
About a week ago the right side front window would not go up. When I pressed the up button the alarm sets. Now the alarm sets as soon as I start the car. The only way I can shut off the alarm once the car is runing (which I have to put the alarm key in the door and give it a quarter turn and hold there while I start the engen.) Then when I shut off the engein I have to reach out side and put the alarm key in the door and shut off the alarm before I can get out. And I have to use the key to put the right window up, which sets the alarm once again. What should I check or how do I turn off the alarm system?
