You may want to look into checking your Ignition Control Module and your coils too. The ICM typically gets flakey in the 50-65mph range. Really common though.
And this won't throw a code either...but another code may have tripped in response.

how would i go about testing that stuff and could it be bad spark wires ?

This a link to tell you what the ICM/Coils are:
http://bellsouthpwp.net/p/a/padgett46/coils.htm
Assuming the ICM is at fault, it very rarely throws a code (usually for a different system). As for testing the ICM, you can remove it and have it tested at an Autozone or O'reily (I think). Just have them test it several times so that it can heat up just a tad bit.
As for the coils, you can test them by:
1. Get your car to a really dark road/garaged
2. Start 'er up
3. Use a pair of INSULATED pliars and pull the plug boots off each coil terminal. If no spark or an erratic spark, then that is your problem.
You can also test your plug wires at the same time. Use a bottle that can mist water and very lightly spray the wires. If you see little blue sparks or arcs, then you need new wires. If your wires havne't been replaced in 80k or so miles, replace both plugs (AC delcos only!) and wires (spend at least $20) at the same time.
Just noticed, your motor has 54k on it. I'd say the plug wires are still ok, but have you checked/cleaned for corrosion on the boots and plugs? That might cause a bit of misfire.

i like how you emphasized insulated im just gona go pick up some new wires when i get the $$$ being i have 50 cents right now and were will the spark come from the little things on the coil pack or the wire?
UPDATE i found three cents under my desk so i have 53 cents now :)

Having the ICM tested is free :)
That way, you can keep your 53 cents in your piggy bank...or get a quarter of a gallon of gas...

well it seems it was just the MAF!!! i cleaned it with brake cleaner and i also noticed the wire and the lil prongs were corroded so i took a wire brush to it. the car is back to normal! YAY! :-D
