When I turn on the A/C, it works fine, but after a bit, the A/C light on the button starts flashing green... Also the A/C doesn't seem to be cold... Anyways, I don't usually use it much cause SF whether is pretty much cool, but I am planning to go down to LA soon, and I will need the A/C...
I am thinking I needa recharge the refridgerant... Can anyone confirm that or list other possibilities? How much will this cost me to fix?!
Thanks again!

Okay, after doing some research on Club3G, most people agrees that it is either I need to get it recharged, or there is a slipping ac belt.
Yesterday I got it recharged, but the light kept flashing again...
Therefore, I probably got a slipping AC belt...
But I've recently changed the timing belt and V belts... Is there another way to confirm that this is the problem?

Well, it is either a problem with the AC belt, or the AC condencer itself. Take it to a shop and tell them the problem and ask them to check that your condencer has not ceased up. It might just be that the belt is slipping, or it could be a bad condencer.

That sounds like it costs a lot... How much would it generally cost to diagnose the problem?

IDK, I know there are some shops out there that will do a free inspection, so just ask around and tell them what your problem is and ask if they can check it out and tell you what you need to do (If they are nice and take the time of day to give you a real answer, consider also having them fix the problem because finding a good shop is a must).
