i think who ever says its bad, never tells why..
however I made a list out OF THE TOP OF MY HEAD...
THE GOOD
- cruise by yourself
- cruise with a clan or friends
- race to get money to buy houses, cars, bikes, clubhouses, rentals, part upgrades ect.
- race with a clan or friends for cars or money
- live like real life
- go straight offroading for 5 hours on end without getting board
- meet ALOT of new friends while cruising or racing
- over 120 cars to fill your mansions with
- takes over (estimate) 2 hours to get around the perimeter
- island changes from long straights, to squared cities, to fields, to a back road in the middle of a forest
- customize your caracter to unbleavable extent
- walk into a dealership, pick the interior colour, steering wheel colour, rims ect.
- go to your clubhouse or house and just shoot the wind
- MANY MANY mini games or jobs such as:
- pick up girls to help them bring their bags, or just bring them to their destination ect.
- help rich people bring their car to a certain destination
- run from the cops
- get fines for getting in trouble with the law
- many driving options like window position, radio ect.
- inside view
- optional steering wheel to add to the realism
- (according to a dev) everything is percise down to the block
- realistic sounds, even change when inside view with the windows up and down
- (according to a dev) every dealership is exactly how it looks in real life
- AI cars drive perfectly, they obay all the rules (stop at traffic lights, pass cars ect.)
- a test track to hold races or practice runs also on the island
- trade cars online,or hold auctions for your unwanted cars
- instant and custom races made by flashing your lights
- up to 16 player races
- draw distance is the best i've ever seen
- try and go to the highest point or beach ect. to watch the beautiful view or waves
- create your own route to share online with friends, clan members or some stranger

Fuck you. I'm retarded because I think the game is boring?!?! I didn't even say I didn't like it, it's just boring...there is a difference.

Shitty physics
Burnouts when you barely touch the gas

Cops flip out if you even so much as brush up next to another car but driving past a cop at 170 in a ZO6 they do nothing...
Vehicle upgrades suck ass (can't buy individual parts)
Cars spawning right in front of you while in a race
Apparently there's no night in Hawaii
BTW racing is for me, my favorite racing game is Forza and it'll probably be over taken by Forza2 when that finally comes out.

Yep, damage would really make the game a lot better. Last night I was cruising around in a McLaren at about 200mph and I smacked right into a tree...not even a scratch.

anyways.. i love forza, but the only downsides is the bad repeditive music and online could be a bit more interesting seening as i only drag race or drift
love everything ecsepcially the customization
i haven't looked at forza 2 lately, but im positive it'll kick some ass
um..
about the new NFS, i think EA is going down the drain with this, the only cool part (in the demo of course) is the autosculpt, which in time will last about half an hour or so..
i want to put everything in one post so..
not getting PS3, might get Wii, love the 360 and all its glory,i killed hideo kagima, i kissed a man, i lie when i tell the truth, but the truth is im lieing, and i hate g-man422

anyways, the autosculpt is basicly like you take a part (i.e bodykit) and grab a vent and make it bigger or smaller and rims you can twist, make wider ect. theres a trailer on ign.com with the autosculpt on a subaru.. its kinda cool

Yeah, the autosculpt is pretty cool...the best part is for the rims though IMO. The bodykits are still over the top like in NFSU though.

my mini wishlist of big things:
- new 360 headset
- F.E.A.R for xbox 360
- 360 wireless battery dock
- Saints row (i dont like this game, i just want to buy it, ever had that feeling?)
- DL content for TDU (this month)
- NFS carbon (october 31)
- some more controllers for xbox + PS2
