96 Cavalier passenger side power window is not working. How do you remove the switch in the console to check it? Also if its the motor how do you remove the door panel. Thanks

Well, about the door panel, all there is to it are a couple screws around the edge of it and then clips so unscrew them all and pull it off.

ThanksWell to remove the switch in the center console all you have to do it take a flatblade screw driver and pry it up, once its out just unclip the harness and you can take the switch all the way out.

Door Panels
The door panels like lance said are held on with 4 or 5 screws around the bottom or the panel and 2 srcews by the handle, remove all them and then pull on it to release the clips.

Window regulator and motor
once you get that off there is a metal panel though which the motor is behind so to get to the motor you will have to remove that also.

Remove the door panel and the water deflector.
Remove the door glass (window).
On front door regulators only, remove the regulator retaining bolts.
Using a 3/16 in. (5mm) drill bit, drill out the regulator attaching rivets.
Move the regulator rearward and disconnect the wiring harness from the motor, if so equipped. Disengage the roller on the regulator lift arm from the glass sash channel.
Remove the regulator and motor through the rear access hole.

Can you help me with my airbag/seatbelt lights staying on problem?

If the airbag light is staying on then thats means that something is wrong with that system. I'm not really sure what to do with that though since I have never delt with it sorry.

Check the airbag fuse on the driver's side of the dash and see if it's blown, if not, keep it out and take off the cover on the steering wheel and check for any bad connections or anything out of the ordinary, it could also have something to do with the passenger side air bag, to check those you have to remove the top vinyl part of the dash. Or like MT said, get it scanned by an SIR/scanner and scan the code and go from there.
