Zafira 1.8 Auto Cam Belt

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me the best way to remove the crankshaft pulley on the Z18XE engine as fitted to a Zafira when changing the cam belt ? Being an auto gearbox I do not have the usual option of putting it in gear / brakes on to lock the engine when removing / installing the crankshaft pulley bolt.
