ok so i dont know much about sentra but my girl has one and i was wonder the stock size of the rear speakers and how that trim panel comes off. i dont need to be damaging it.

the rear speakers are 7'' according to car domain. you could input the car into best buy and they will also give you your speaker sizes throughout the car.
