moan-whine&clunk

just after my new motor was put into my 95 blazer4x4 2 dr. auto.. i had sometimes experanced a whine/moan sound during decell off of freeway from 55-30 then a clunk then slence after that this happend a few times this was about 13k miles ago now it has not returned til yereday i drove on the freeway at speeds of 55-85 hearing the whine/moan sound again and just like before it gets louder as you slow down so i knew once i got off the freeway i would hear a clunk and well 70 miles later i got off and hear a clunck at 35 mph then no sound oh and i have been expering soft lockup like if i floor it hard it will keep reving at 5k rpm with a delayed few seconds at the same speed before it shifts and takes off at any speed above 30 this is only once in a while i experance it the odo reads 132.500 i got the car art 106,999 so what the heck is this...
