After replacing fuel filter, spark plugs (2x's), 1 coil, and MAS she (2001 3.9) still was very sick(ning).......but then took out the EGR valve and cleaning it COMPLETELY, and then putting 2.3 gallons of 105 octane~SHE IS RUNNING STRONG AND LIKE SHE USED TO...FAST !!!!!!!! Maybe Rob out there can assist me on airbag light issue....code when starting goes 3-2-3-2 and yes there is a long pause in the middle of those #'s. Any help will genuinely be appreciated :)

A code 32 Lamp Fault Code indicates driver air bag circuit resistance high. This can be caused by dirty or poor connections, but quite often indicates a faulty clockspring in the steering column. The clockspring has been a common issue on the LS and a quick search of this forum for "clockspring" should give you lots of pointers and tips if you choose to change the item yourself.
