I believe they are "factory fill" and not only do not have an accessable dipstick, but use a very special "Torque Fluid" that is not readily available.

Thanks ModMech,
I was looking again the other day and actually found a dipstick, it is on the front end of the transmission. It is under the air box, in a wierd spot, good thing is I found it and had to order the cvt hydrolic tranny fluid from Ford, it wasn't cheap though! thanks so much for your help!

if you need to fill the fluid DO NOT POUR IT DOWN THE DIPSTICK TUBE like on older models - there is a plug on the top of the tranny used to fill the fluid - not sure why but ford has warnings out about filling thru he dipstick tube

Thanks,
the funny thing is, is that I filled it through that hole on the top I used an 3/8 drive extension to take the filler plug out! thanks so much for all of your help and the car now goes into gear great!!!
thanks
