electrical problems in my 96

First off my dome light stopped working so i thought it just burnt out, but then my cd deck isnt working at all either!!! my headlights and fog lights work perfectly and the car runs fine, except for the fact my cd player isnt working at all!!! i checked the fuse box and they all seem to be alright. Any Suggestions out there?!?!?!?
