Keyless Entry Codes/Alarm System

I am without an owner's manuel for a recently purchased 1985 Maxima. 1) Can someone help and walk me through the clearing and setup of a new entry code? 2) Is there any way to deactivate the alarm system?

Don't get rid of it if it works just keep it.Are you having trouble with keyless entry?

ok here is wut u do...
pop trunk in the center of the rear deck (underside that is) there is a lil box which should have a # starting with F copy the last i belive 7 digits down,
then go to ur key pad press "ST" then punch in the code if it doesnt work than its the last 5 digits, if u hear a longg beeeeeeeeeeep
then u punch in a 5-7 digit # BUT U CANNOT use the same key twice (meaning key shares a #) it has to be a sequencial thing,
then when ur done pressin ur personal code press st again and it should beep a few times n ur all set
