well, as for the turboing of my sentra, i've read that its better to install things bit by bit to make sure everything is up to par and will easily find the problem quicker. now thing is, im grabing a walbro 255 fuel pump and 480cc injectors. i was wondering if a tune of any kind would be needed in order to run the larger injectors, or will the stock ecu just feed the right amount into my engine automatically?

You will need to get an aftermarket ECU programed for the larger injectors. You might be able to get away with an fuel/air controller but that's not really how they are supposed to be used.
The ECU has no way of knowing what size injectors are in the car, there is no sensor that measures flow capacity. To the computer it's just a variable that is programed in. It will send the same pulse to a stock injector as it would to a 480cc injector, resulting what would likely be a total wash out of gasoline flooding the chamber.
