problems starting GA at Times

Hello,
I have a 2001 GA with a 4 cy engine. Car has 87000 miles. Last week I drove 5 miles and turned car off for five minutes. when I tried to start the car, the engine would crank and then a loud vibrating sound came from the engine. The car did start 30 minutes later.
Teh same thing happened this week. The car was parked for 40 minutes and then would not start and had the same vibrating sound. 90 minutes later, the car started OK.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
