car running ruff

I just installed a new ecu an a Distributor an it is running o so ruff it is a 5speed 1.8. It seems like it wonts to stall out an shit but i drove it around the block an the check engine light came on. Dose any one no wut wrong or came across this problem before ? it seems like the motor is laking power.

Heres an idea....run the codes and look them up.
