95 Riv wheel sensors

My 95 has over 193000 miles on it. I've had to replace each wheel sensor once two of them twice. Every time the traction control light won't go out I dread the bill. Is this a common problem?

its fairly common to have them replaced once (just the front usually) what makes you say its the sensors that's causing the trac off light to come on? btw, are you replacing them or is it the shade tree mechanic?

When the sensor light won't reset I take it in to the dealer (different ones over last 10 years) its the sensor they replace.

what code are they getting? if this will be the 3rd time having one of them replaced, its a safe bet either something else is causing the problem(like CPS) or the sensors are failing prematurely due to a poor install, or another problem.
