New keyless entry remote

I have an 05 explorer and when I bought it there was only one key fob for the stock keyless entry. I see plenty for sale on ebay but I have no idea as how to program it, any ideas? Also I remember someone posting about a site where you can download the owner's manuals for free but I couldn't find the post. So if anyone knows where the post is or what the site is called please let me know. Thanks
