96blazer abs

hi all, i just bought a 96 blazer and the abs light was on so i looked at the front hubs and noticed the wires were cut i put them back together but the light is still on iam not sure if the wires are hooked up right as they are the same wires (gauge and color) any help would be great thanks alot

I say it is like your service engine lite the code has to be wiped out before the lite will go out. Auto Zone or such a place will read your code free and reset it or you can unhook your neg battery cable for about 10 min and the lite should be off. The code will still be stored but the lite will be off if every thing is OK.

i tryed unhooking the ground for 10-20 min and the light came back on
