94 civic A?C compressor wont run

I had a forntal accident and my powersteering leaked all over my compressor. and the two relays on the fornt bumper are hanging, I tied them up to the fornt of the car, will sceww them back tomorow morning " they were keeping the car fromt starting until i placed them on the side. Are they the the A/C and fuel pump Relay ?

I'm guessing that either my compressor has to much powersteering fluid and the belt is slipping or the Compressor relay is out or there is no power going to the Compressor relay, because when i turn it on i dont feel the pull on the engine.
