My 97 stratus has a new battery, starter and alternator. but when I turn off the car and have keys out of ignition, there are four fuses on the fuse panel that are drawing 12 volts and draining the batt. The radio, power amp, dash lights and tail lights. Kinda wierd, If anyone might have any ideas please respond. there are no trunk, glove box, or underhood lights to draw the power?

Disconnect the battery neg. take a 12 volt test light and connect it to the battery ground. Pull the fuse for interior lights. Then touch the neg terminal if the light lights you have a draw on battery. Pull a fuse and if it goes out you have a draw on this one. If it is still lighting try another one.
Some fuses stay hot but aren't pulling amps. If each fuse is pulling amps you probably have a bad ignition switch.
They have a rod from the tumbler where you turn the key to the switch. The switch sits on the column just below the bracket where it is bolted to the dash. Look on ebay for a picture of a dodge ignition switch. Put the seat all the way back disconnect the battery neg. loosen the bolts and remove cover.
Haynes has instructions and picture. Always install it on the light marks because will have to align it if you don't. When you remove it will be cleaner where it sat. You will need a tamper proof torx or buy two new bolts and use small channel locks to remove.
