CD Changer Harness

I've got an Audiovox SP6CD changer in my Taurus. The wiring harness is damaged and I'd like to replace it. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Is that the factory changer? I thought Clarion or Sony made the factory Ford changers.
If that's not the factory changer, have you tried an Audiovox dealer? What's damaged about the harness? Maybe it is easily repairable.
