Transfer case motor

Hi,
I have a 93 4x4 extended cab that seems to shift into 4 wheel , but the lights on the buttom don't indicate which mode it is in. Last year I pulled and rebuilt the shift motor asembly, but could not figure out the wiring, so just closed it back up. I suspect the wiring, as the bulbs check OK. Does anyone have a wiring diagram they could post or send me?
The nearest Autozone is 120 miles south of here, and my Haynes manual does not have it.
