not working A/C and power windows

please help, llike 4 month ago mine A/C was working put one day stop working. and when i start the A/c, the car try to turn off. i put new gas and dont work, and a person off auto advances tell me to put the leak gas, but now dont do noting. and now 2 off mine windows only come up 2 inch and stop. what is mine problem? sorry for mine english
