Jesus Camp

Look for this movie, its only playing in select theaters. Looks like an interesting movie, how kids are brainwashed to live by christianity in the "fundamentalist" areas of Redneck America. Its eerie to see how similar it is to the newsclips of children in the Middle East learning to live by the Quran.

Dude, I don't have to see a movie about it. I live right in the middle of it. Let me just tell you it's some scary shit. I always thought my family were hypocrits for arguing like 5 minutes after Sunday mass when I was a kid. Then I moved to the Bible Belt and realized that these people believe that they are the "saved ones" that will go to Heaven and anybody who doesn't act like them will be damned. Most normal folks (or non-brain washed) don't really care, but it affects everybody when the saved ones think they can get away with whatever they want because they think they're more righteous than others...

It's not news to the rest of the world. Sorry.

yea, i saw it in the theater a couple weeks ago, great movie def. worth the money. we brought along a freind who is jewish, funny stuff.
