Ok, first the background:
Two weeks ago, I had taken my 95 Accord to the local Meineke shop here to check my brakes. I had a problem with my car pulling to one side when I applied brakes. They took a look at my calipers and noticed that the sliders were just all mucked up and they ended up cleaning them and polishing them and they worked great ever since. They only charged me $60 labor! :grinyes: .... Although I took the car to the Honda Dealership a week prior to that and they wanted to replace my calipers and rotors and quoted me $1K!! :banghead: Sometimes those dealerships piss me off!
Problem:
Anyways... a week ago, my ABS light came on and stayed on when I started my car. I know that it must mean that my ABS is malfunctioning. But how can that be??? I had just replaced the ABS motor less than two years ago?! Sometimes it would come on and sometimes it wouldn't come on at all and only comes on when I initially start my car. When it does come on, I hear a click sound coming from the ECU area under the rug.
Question:
What could cause this and how can I fix it without taking it back to Meineke?
Any help would be great! Thanks!

Nevermind all, got it fixed. All it needed was some topping off of the abs reservoir.
It did although take a day before the light stopped coming on. :licka:

Why do you need ABS in virginia? Unless it snows, you should do A much better job than your 11 year old abs unit. If I had mine on I would've hit this SOB taxi driver who cut me off and stop to double park on the west side hwy.
