CEL connector location 2001 Highlander

The CEL on my 2001 Highlander came on. Being a do it yourselfer I bought a code reader. Now I can't find the connector to attach my code reader to. :banghead: Does anyone know where I can find the diagnostic connector on the 2001 Toyota Highlander?

That is, if it's in the same location as my 2002, which I highly suspect. And just to be nit-picky it's an OBDII connector, not a CEL connector.
