99 Ford Expo overhead drop down video screen

I have a 98 ford expo (limited) not XLT with a overhead drop down video/TV screen. The source signal is comming from a audiox VCR/VHS player mounted under the left rear passenger seat. The unit works. The problem is the constant opening and closing over the years has worn out a black electrical connector going from the screen to a conection in the overhead unit. Ford indicates it's an aftermarket product and wants nothing to do with it. Audiovox, although the makers want nothing to do with it. I have found out the same assembly was installed on navigators for that same year (99). th wire has AWM289680CVW-1 written on it. It looks like black electrial tape with small lines running horzontally. Does anyone know were I can get a used or new one (electrical connector). This is what keeps the kids quiet on long trips!!!!
