What do I have to replace? I don't believe my car has an charcoal canister. I already replaced the FTS, but the car is still acting a little fun. At every fuel up it starts rough or stalls, but after that it works fine.

What year Regal?
P1441 is a possible problem with evaporative emissions purge flow. Purge solenoid stuck open. All '97 - '04 Regals should have a charcoal cannister located at the rear by the gas tank. Look underneath at the filler neck area.

Looking from underneath below it right behind the rear left fenderwell splash guard. Should be a square shaped cannister.
