93 Dodge Dakota Steering

My dad has had the truck since new and it's now mine, one thing that is really bothering me but I don't want to spend a lot of money on is the steering/steering wheel. It is offset like the steering wheel is turned to about the 10 o'clock position for it to go straight, is this fixable by myself or will i need to bring it somewhere? Thanks.

id say you could fix it ur self if ya find out how to get the steering wheel off it wont be exactly acurate tho mines offset a bit to but it doesnt bother me

They have a mark in the wheel one wide tooth and you can't turn it. If you can't adjust tow in tow out get a wheel alignment. Basically you have to loosen one side and tighten the other side.
