95 instruments lights not working

the instrument lights on my 95 grand am, came on and then went out, came on one more time, went out and haven't worked since then. The instrument fuse is alright...any ideas on what could be wrong and how to fix it.

probly a bad connection or the cluster died .
This year and models were bad about the dash going out parcially or all together.
