Sir,
I have noticed that you have a significant amount of information regarding the different engine components. Do you happen to have a picture or information on the "L" tube on the front of the manifold? I am replacing the upper and lower intake man gaskets and am a little concerned that the "L" tube snapped and will be a dealer part.
I have a '99 GP GT with the 3800 series II. Any guidance you have about this is greatly appreciated.:1zhelp:

You mean the plastic 90 degree elbow from the lower intake to the tensioner. You can get that at the dealer or auto parts store like Advanced, Autozone, NAPA or Kragen/Schucks/Checker. The aftermarket brand is made by either Dorman or Motormite. Around $10.00.

Motormite HELP PN: 47065

If you plan on DIY UIM/LIM gaskets let me know by PM and I'll send you a R&R procedure on PDF file.

I have done the disassemby, but more accurate information would be greatly appreciated. I have a haynes manual but it's not very handy for the '99. If you'll post it I'd appreciate it.

I'll need an email adress to send it to so PM me. The file cannot be posted in a thread.
