Another Problem

I finally got my car going again but now a light saying "ETS Off" comes on. What is it and how do I fix it? Also now when I put it into gear it feels like it hits real hard.

Do a quick search, this has been brought up before alot as there are multiple malfunctions that can throw that light on.
