95 Aerostar Front Seal Leaking

Anyone know where I can find step by step instructions on how to replace the front engine seal on a 95 Aerostar? Also, what do you think the it would cost a repair shop to do this?

Go to auto zone and buy a haynes manual. If you have the tools its not to bad but time consuming.
Call a couple of independent garages and ask for an estimate.
