Power Steering Pump Installation

I am installing a Cardone power steering pump in a 2004 Toyota Tacoma. The Cardone installation guide says "to carefully remove pressure fitting from replacement pump. Do not allow valve and spring to drop out of the pump. Does the 2004 Toyota Tacoma have a pressure fitting, valve and spring or is this for the reservoir? If the truck has the pressure fitting, valve and spring, what is it and where is it?
