Check this out. The university could actually get sued for malpractice if somebody decides that guy was wasting their tuition dollars. The plaintiff generally doesn't win, but these suits exist.

I wonder if suing for malpractice would result in the students losing the credit earned for having taken the class. I know I'd rather keep my credit from the BS professor than have my tuition for the class back. Now if they were going to refund my entire tuition that'd be different. But if I spent 15 weeks in some crazy professor's class I'd better get credit for it. If I really wanna learn the subject matter, I have the text book. :2cents:
