Left front fender near shock tower.
What engine and transmission?
What is the problem or why are you looking for the relay?

sorry... 3.3L
about a week a go, it was hard to start. when I turned the key the fuel pump ran for a very short time. after a couple of trys it would start. once running it was fine. yesterday it died. I want to check the relay before hauling out the fuel pump. is there a way to test the fuel pump with out removing it???

Two ways to check the pump/relay:
(1) With the key held to start and pump not working tap on the relay and the pump. If it starts while tapping you found the problem. (2) Remove the relay and determine which contact leads to the pump. Jumper the positive battery terminal to that contact. The pump should run.
There may be an identicle relay on the panel with the pump relay. If you can't duplicate the problem swap the relays and see if anything changes.
