Fog light short

I installed hella foglights that installed into the factory harness. They worked for a while and now as soon as I turn them on, I blow a fuse. I disconnected the pass.side light and replaced the fuse and it worked. So I know I have a short between the pass. side light and the relay (since the drivers side will work.).
What is the easiest way to fix this issue?
I was thinking of running a separate line, splicing back into the original wires at the harness and at the relay. Or could it be a harness issue? I have no idea where to begin, size of wire or if its even possible. Any ideas?

You are going to have to physically check the wire for damage.

I agree. If you find no problem in the wires, pull the light out and make sure the wires aren't shorting inside the light housing.
