Pass side heater does not work

My '95 olds is acting weird lately. The pass side 2 vents does not blow heat, only cold air and the drivers side doesn't really blow hot air at all. It is like the whole right side of the car doesn't want to blow hot air.
The a/c worked fine but now that it is cold out I need my heat. I checked all the fuses they are ok.

This car has the digital temp controler with pass side adjustment I guess it is called dual air.
