Dunno... Pricing guides are kind of worthless.

You say it's a 5spd... But only 4 cyl. were available with 5spds.... wich doesn't jive with it being a GLS.

GLS's were only available with V6 (3.4L) and Automatics.

Now.. on you website you have NOva Scotia listed as your location, if this is correct, then it could be true as GM may have built it differently for your country.

But that also makes anything we have to compare it with worthless. as that car doesn't exist in the US.

What size engine does it have?

For comparison... My 2000 Alero with the gold package like yours (don't see many of those around).. is the GL package, with the 3.4 auto, 60000 miles, 4dr... Local dealer offered 4K trade in.. witch means around $5-5500 private party.

But the modifications you've made to it might make it harder to sell. So you might need to drop a bit in price to make up for it... But not at first, only if you get alot of lookers and no offers.

Personally, I'd list it for $6500US (if it's a V6) and sell it to the US. Heck, I'd be tempted if it was a 5spd V6.

If it's a 4cyl then drop that to $5500.

Be prepared to verify that it is a GLS if you're selling to the US.

Good Luck.

I'd guess that $4500-5000 would be more realistic, at least in USD.

Heck, I bought my 99 three years ago with 35000 miles for $7000. Thought that was a pretty good deal then.
