Headlight troubles

I have 1 headlight working at any given time. When i have the brights on, I have only 1 bright on the driver side. When I change to dims, I only have 1 dim on the passenger side. I replaced both bulbs, and still, they operate this way.

I have a 2002 dodge caravan.

check the power distribution center under the hood beside the battery remove the battery and check for corroded wires but normally the pdc is faulty and needs replacing for this problem
