problems with 88 chevy van astro/safari

First of all with the van when headlights are on, the right turn signal lights up & when you turn the turn signal on the windshield wipers turn on. I went looking for the problem under the gauges & when I could not find the problem I put it all back together & now the blower motor for heat will not come on & it was working before I mess under the dash. HELP

Those lighting problems could be related to poor grounding. The turn signal/wiper problem may more resious, since IIRC my old '88 Astro did not have a mutifuntion lever/switch but used separate light and wiper switches on the dash. It may be a serious wirign connection failure, and a repair manual with good schematics is going to be invaluable.

Thanks, I am not real worried about the wiring because for work purposes the van drives fine but i would really like to get the heat working but the blower will not come on and it used to work.
