license plate problem

i shaved the trunk on my 92 honda civc and never concidered where to put my license plate..... its in my back window right now ...........any suggestions where to put it that is legal ?????

make a cutout in the bumper and reshape it using fiberglass like what was done here (scroll down page after you click the link)
