Jetta Mk Iii Rear Bumper Brackets!!!!!!!!!!

HEY FOLKS: i still have a problem with my jetta MK III rear bumper and i hope you can help me. when i received the bumper the 2 inside fastenings/plastic brackets which are adherent to the cover by platic rivets, were not included. the rear bumper is an original part and fits all volkswagen jetta mk III models from 1993 to 1997. i hope someone knows where to get these. i will pay good ($60 for 2 brackets). i can transfer the money by paypal or by bank. i would be pleased for any help. thank´s lot.
