removing the rear window

i want to remove my rear window so i can tape off the defogger lines, and paint on the places that are broken, and use gravity to my advantage, then i wanted to tint it, and i figured it would be easier if the window was out, any idea on how i can do this, then put it back, and not have any leaks, or do i need a pro to do this for me.

p.s. i have a 93 cutlass supreme SL. coupe
