98 front end?

I just bought a 98 galant and I am getting ready to do body work to it and i was needing to know if i can fit the 99 hood on to the 98 and how much work it will take? From the looks i know ill have to change fenders and remove the piece in front of the hood that stretches from fender to fender above grill but is that all that ill need to do or will it not match up?
