Won't start, will run

88 K2500 extcab with 350cid, manual tranny 4x4. Truck will run, albiet a bit rough if primed with a little gas in the TBI. But it does not start. Recent tank drop to fix broken ground wire. Pump runs when key turned on, gas is getting to TBI, but no squirt when cranking. Have not put a pressure gauge on it.

Should be around 13psi on a tbi motor. The injectors are told to fire buy the pickup coil and the ignition module. Get a noid light to test for signal at the injector.
